The Raven Series is our first nylon string offering. The Raven baritone has a solid Cherry body, Maple neck and Richlite fingerboard. It has a 20" scale length and 1.5" nut width.
You will love the sound and feel of this solid body nylon string electric tenor ukulele! The action is smooth and low and the intonation is spot on. Thanks to our 19:1 ratio low backlash tuning gears, this uke is easy to dial in and stays in tune wonderfully.
The pickup is a piezo filament style with an onboard preamp. The preamp features a master volume knob and 3-band equalizer, as well as an onboard chromatic tuner.
The Maple neck is easily adjusted with a modern, 2-way truss rod ensuring proper setup in any season or climate.
The fretboard is flat (no radius) and the uke sports Oasis strings with smooth wound low D and G strings.
The action is low and light. This uke will come out of the box set up and ready to shred!

Electronics: The controls are standard volume and 3-band EQ (Bass, Treble, Mid). This model uses a piezo filament pickup under the saddle and an onboard preamp that uses a 9-volt battery. (Battery life is about 100 hours of playing time).
